To get a clean shave, cleanse and exfoliate before to minimize the risk of ingrown hairs. This will clean the pores of dirt, oil, and dead skin for a smoother shave. Afterwards, follow with a serum or moisturizer to reduce the chance of irritation.
All of our formulas are fragrance-free because we understand that some fragrances can irritate individuals with sensitive skin.
Our whole line was made to use in compliment of each other. We give you a two month supply, but we understand that every individual has different needs and it is very dependent.
Each product has a 3 year expiration date from the time of production when sealed. If the product is open, you have 12 months to use it.
Palm oil is a highly sought out ingredient in multiple industries, but the supply chain for harvesting and refining the fruit is extremely harmful for the environment.
The palm oil we use in our formula upholds strict principles and criteria from the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) to ensure minimal impact on the environment and the workers.
Shipping & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must have the foil seal or shrink wrap completely in tact with no tampering. Please reach out to email@example.com to start a return.
We will refund 100% of the product price and sales tax. However, we are unable to refund shipping.
Currently, we only ship domestically in the United States. Stay tuned for updates when we ship internationally.
All orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. Our standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Our express shipping is 1-2 business days.
The order status can be checked in your account or in your confirmation email. If you have the "SHOP" app, you can track the order via mobile.

You can modify or cancel a subscription in your account under "manage subscription". There, you will be able to adjust the order frequency, shipping info, payment details, and cancellations.
You can also modify or cancel a subscription from the subscription confirmation email. In the message, there will be a "manage subscription" button where you will be directed to your account.
Once the order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you have the "Shop" app downloaded, you will be able to track your package through the application.
In your account, you are able to manage subscriptions and update your shipping address under "Product Shipping Info".
